What is meshmixing? (The whole program is named after this!)

- [Instructor] Meshmixer is named after Meshmixing, so lets see what that is. I'm starting with a default sphere here, and this is a really, really fun part of this tool. It's the first option, right here, called Meshmix. So click on that. You've some options at the top for Arms, Ears, Heads, Legs, Letters, Miscellaneous, Numbers, Primitives, Symbols. It probably came up for you as Primitives, so a torus shape, a sphere, a plane, all sorts of different shapes down here, down to the bunny, a cone, kind of a polygon, cylinder and, a cube. If you look here, these blue items mean that these are solids so when you drag them on, they won't do the same thing as the non-solid parts. And I'll show you what that means. If we go here to Ears, for example, these icons right here are denoting open parts. So what happens with this is you just click on one of these, and drag them on to your model.
