What about adding color?

- [Instructor] So what if you want to create things that are color 3D prints? I showed in the previous video the result of a color 3D print and it looked beautiful. It was the wall mount holder for some headphones. Now, you'll see in Meshmixer, a few different uses of color. First off is the shaders. If you click down here, there's all sorts of different shaders that can be used to color your model, from functional shaders like this one or the x-ray shader or the texture shader to purely aesthetic ones like everything else. Some really kind of cool ones like this gray one. Everything with a black square in the background is a more metallic shader, so kind of looks like shiny metal. But none of these are actually coloring your model. These models are being shaded, but it's mostly just a way for you to better see the shadows and highlights in your model, rather than anything that would be coming out of a 3D printing process.
