Symmetry

- [Instructor] This video is on enabling symmetry in modeling. Now click on Sculpt here and do something here with a Draw2. Now we can sculpt on this and you'll see I have my strength at around 50, and size is good. So if I paint on this, you see I'm making a shape, but if I want to make a symmetrical shape I can try to do it, but it gets a little bit hard to make it perfectly accurate, so I'm going to undo those. And many tools have this inside of Meshmixer. It's right here under Symmetry. You can turn on Symmetry, and you see that there's a line that is created. So now as you see there's two red dots. When I make a change to one side of that line, that change is mirrored on the other side of that line, perfectly symmetrical. If we have something like the bunny, for example, we'll import the bunny, we might want to do symmetry on a different plane. So we're going to say Sculpt. This symmetry isn't probably very good for this bunny, so we need to change it. We're going to click on…
