Smoothing brushes

- [Instructor] This video is on the smoothing commands which you'll use quite a bit. Click on Sculpt, I'm under here, under Volume and Brushes, you have three different tools, Bubblesmooth, Shrinksmooth, and Robustsmooth. Shrinksmooth is what you find in many different sculpting applications, I created a kind of ridge and valley here, if I hit the W key, you can see that the density of these two areas is very, very different. So I'm going to hit W again, I have under here, under Shrinksmooth, my Strength is at 100, I have Flow turned on, but no Refinement, so you'll see exactly what this tool does. Now I'll hold my mouse button down, and you can see, that this valley, right here, smoothed very, very quickly, and this ridge up here, didn't smooth as quickly, I'll do this again, and look up here, you'll see that this change up here is very different than this change here. So if I want to smooth up here, and down here I have to hold my mouse button quite a bit, which really changes the…
