- [Instructor] This video is on how to create models that can be printed with a dual extruder but make it a little bit more complex than just cutting this bunny into multiple pieces and printing it that way. So what we're going to be doing is going in and selecting an area like this and then making this the part that is printed with a different material. You can see the power in this. You could put in names or logos or make stripes on the bunny and print that with a different color. It's a little bit complex to do it, so I'm going to explain my process and the reasoning behind it as I go through, and then I'll go back and explain it all together later on. So we've made a selection. It's probably good unless you really, really want this selection to smooth it out a little bit. We can turn the smoothness up or down, so I'm going to just turn it a little bit up to smooth this and make it a kind of a nicer selection, and the nice thing about this smoothing tool is it creates a face group,…
