- [Instructor] This video is all on the Select modification tools and these modify the selection that you made. So if we click on Select, select an area of the mesh. So under Modify, the first one is Select All, very useful for selecting all of your model. Now all of these commands like reducing or remeshing will apply to your entire model. Just going to say, Clear Selection. So under Modify, we see Select Visible. What this will do is select this part of the mesh, but as we rotate around, the parts that were not visible are not selected, so this is very good. Some people on the Meshmixer forums use this for creating molds, or if you have data that comes out of maybe, MRI or CT Scan data that's very, very complex and you just want the outside, and not all of the weird complex inside, you can use this to just select the outside. If we rotate around, and we say, Modify, Select Visible, it adds, just like all selections, to the mesh only when Shift is pressed, so we see here, if we go…
