- Now you don't need to actually hand model what you want to create. There's so many places out on the internet to go find models and bring them into Meshmixer to do creative, cool things. But a lot of times when you find models out on the internet, they have problems. Either they are modeled with an eye more toward showing on computers and not specifically for 3D printing, or they're created in CAD programs which are great maybe for high volume manufacturing. But when you bring them into Meshmixer, they start freaking out. So this set of videos will help you understand where to find models and some of the typical things that you see happening in Meshmixer based on the models that you find. And how to fix those errors so that you can have a good experience downloading, changing, and modifying things to fit what you're trying to accomplish.
