- [Instructor] This video is on the surface inflate tool. Click on sculpt, make sure the slider up here is under surface, brushes, to inflate. This is similar to the other inflate tool under volume. Acts a little bit in a more controlled fashion. Click and drag on this and you can see that I am inflating. You also see that because this is a surface inflation, a lot of the details that are underneath are being transferred up. Like this part of the hip right here, you can see that as I inflate, part of the hip has actually come through. So, this can be good or not good, depending on what you want. But, it is a very useful tool, especially if you have flow turned off so that things don't get out of hand. If flow is turned on, you can start to inflate things and get a lot of self intersections. So, it's good to turn flow off. Also, you can see that refinement does affect this tool. If refinement is turned on with one hundred percent refinement and one hundred reduction, you get this. If…
