- [Narrator] For this tutorial, I'm using a new project called multilayer effects. In the following few lessons, We're going to explore creating multilayer effects. Things like picture and picture and split screen. And we'll throw in some animation while we're doing it. Before we get into setting up our multilayer visual effects, let's start with a recap of three-point editing. And in particular, track patching. In this project, I'm in the student lesson sequences bin, and I'm working on the multilayer sequence. I'm going to select the sequence in the bin and press Control + D or Command + D to create a copy. And I'll call this three-point editing just so we have a name for it. Let's double click to open that up and we'll use this as a sandpit to build our sequences. I'm also going to open up this Tennessee park court footage bin, and we got a number of shots here that we might decide We want to incorporate into our sequence.…
