- [Instructor] Once our 3D scenes are lit, we'll also need to place cameras for final render. Now in 3D we have what are called, virtual cameras, and they're very similar to the cameras that we have in the real world. So every view port in a 3D app is basically a camera, so we can move this however we want. But we also can affect the camera very much the same way that we can affect a real camera. So, if we want we can change the angle of view, in other words, we can zoom the camera. So if I want, I can zoom the camera in, or I can zoom it out. Now if I zoom it out a lot, then I get basically a fisheye lens, or very wide angle lens. Now I can move that camera back and forth without changing the focal length. So, in other words, when I do this, I'm actually trucking or moving the camera, but I can also zoom it. So, if I want to I can put out a very long lens and zoom in.
