…Now let's take a look at how to use the Spacebar in Maya…to bring up what are called marking menu's as well as switch between views.…Now if you actually just tap the Spacebar in Maya.…You'll see that it switches between the four view, and your perspective view.…Or, actually what it does is switches between your…for view and whichever other view you have highlighted.…So if my mouse is over the front view, I can highlight that.…If my mouse is over the side view and I hit the space bar, that one comes up.…
So this is a really fast way to go from view to view in Maya.…Now, in addition to this the spacebar can also be used to bring up…what's called the hotbox so if i hold down the spacebar you'll see this whole…menu system comes up and what this is, is basically all the menus in Maya…and you can see we have our File menu, right here File, Edit, Modify, Create.…We also have our View, Shading, Lighting, Renderer.…We also have what are called our animation menus or edit mesh menus, surfaces,…which are basically all these menus that are under this pull down menu.…
