- [Instructor] We can also reshape our models using sculpting. Now, sculpting is a brush based interface that allows you to interactively change the shape of your models. Now, when you sculpt, you typically need a higher resolution model. So I have this model here, which is kind of a medium to low res. But in order to sculpt this I need enough detail to push around. So I'm going to subdivide this a few times, and we're going to use this character here. Now, this is a pretty heavy model, but what we can do is use what's called a normal map to take this information and project it on a lower resolution version of this model. So let's take a look at some sculpting tools here. When you use a sculpting tool, typically you'll have a brush which hovers over your model.
