- So now we have the character's mesh reasonably rigged…and we have all the face controls in place.…But one of the things we don't have…is the teeth and the eyes.…So you can see that if I select…this character's head and rotate it,…you can see that, well, the teeth and eyes…are just kind of locked in place.…So, let's go ahead and attach those into the rig.…Now, probably the easiest way to do this…would be just to do some parenting.…So, parent the eyes to one of the joints,…but we really don't want to be placing geometry…inside the skeleton portion of the rig.…
So we need to use a proxy…and that proxy is going to be a locator.…So, let's go ahead and create a locator…and I'm going to go ahead and just move that up.…So let's start with the left eye.…So I'm going to name this Left Eye Locator.…And then I want to center this to the eye.…Now, I'm going to go ahead…and turn off the Body Geometry Layer…and the Teeth Layer…so we can see this a little bit more clearly.…Now, I want this eye to be attached into the skeleton…
