- [Instructor] So in this chapter we're gonna start painting textures in Photoshop. But, before we get started with any of this we need to understand what it is we're trying to texture. And in this chapter we're gonna be going over our room that we wanna create the walls, the floor, and the baseboards, and we also wanna look at our reference and just try to extrapolate some of the information that we're actually going to be working on inside of Photoshop. So, here in Photoshop and I have two of our reference images; the chair and the wood floor to give me some ideas of what it is I'm trying to go for for my wood texture on the floor and I actually wanna go with what we're seeing here with a painted white brick as the background, or the walls. So let's zoom in and take a look at the reference material and see what it is we're actually look at here. So, you can see as we get closer to this brick wall that it has been painted with a fairly heavy white paint, but very much like the vase…
