- [Instructor] Hi, I'm George Maestri, and today we're going to take a look at the new features in Maya 2018. So we're going to start off with the interface, and show you some interface enhancements, changes to the timeline, a new feature called dash scripting, as well as some other improvements. Then we're going to move on to modeling, were going to show you some new polygonal primitives, as well as some new commands. Then we're going to move on to some new rigging and deformation tools. We're going to take a look at some new stuff going on in rendering, including some Arnold materials, as well as changes to the light editor.
And then we're going to wrap it up by showing you a couple of mash nodes for motion graphics. So let's go ahead and get started with the course.
