Managing color settings
- Let's take a look at the color management settings proper. They're found in Windows, Settings Preferences, Preferences, Color Management. And we can enable and disable it. I'm just gonna hide the Channel box for a moment so that I have a little bit more screen real estate here. And when we turn Enable Color Management on and off, we see in Viewport 2.0 that the lighting on the object has changed, but the texture in the background has not. And that indicates that Color Management is working. That texture is not changing color when we flip that switch on and off. With Color Management on, then, we can choose some options down here. First we have the Rendering Space, and that is the internal space of color calculations, and it's a blend between video standard and a computer standard, sRGB. There are a few other options in here, but there's no real need to change these. We can just leave that at the default. Next is the View Transform. That is the color correction applied to the…
