- [Instructor] So you've completed all your texturing in Mudbox, then what? You need to be able to get these texture maps into your 3D application of choice. For this particular course, we're gonna be using Maya with the Arnold renderer. What we wanna do is take a look at getting these texture maps exported as single maps for us to use. I'm gonna select the wingback portion of this chair and go over to our paint layers and take a look. In our layers, we have our four different channels that we have been painting our textures in. As you can see in the diffuse, we have three different layers that make up the color of this wingback chair. We also have multiple layers for our specular channel, multiple layers for our bump map, and a single layer for our normal map. We would like to be able to get these out as four different texture files. It's very simple to do, we're gonna right click on diffuse and drop down to export channel merged. That's gonna open up where do you wanna export these…
