How to control MASH with 3D textures

- [Voiceover] So, we've taken a look at how to control a MASH Network with a variety of different kinds of 2D textures, and now we're gonna take a look at how to control a MASH Network with a volumetric 3D procedural texture in Maya. So let's create a Polygon Primitive Cube. And we're gonna create a MASH Network. And go to our Distribute node. We're gonna change it to a Grid. And we're gonna change our Grid Settings to, this time it's gonna be 12, 12, 12. And a Res of 10, 10, 10. I missed the zero, boom, there we go. Let's turn on wireframe. Cool, so we've got this. OK, and so now we want to create a viewing object kind of like we did before with the plane. So we're gonna create a Polygon Primitive Cube. We are going to translate this, well, first let's scale it to 13, 13, 13. And then we're gonna translate it up to six, just so it fits that space exactly. And unlike the plane that we had offset in space, we can't offset this one because a 3D texture, it's coordinates involve all the…
