Constraining with soft body anchors

To constrain the drapery so that it doesn't fall to the floor, we can use soft body anchors. And an anchor can really be any object that has a pivot point. I'm going to choose to use a locator, because that's a simple way of creating an anchor that won't render. Go to the Create menu and choose Create Locator. And want to reduce the size of it, but it's not a good idea to use the Scale attributes here. It's just a better practice to use the icon size whenever possible. With that Locator selected, I'll hit Ctrl+A to open up the Attribute Editor and reduce the Local Scale in x, y and z down to .05. Pressing the Tab key to go to the different fields. And now that locator's small enough that it's not going to be intrusive in our scene. Grab the Move tool and position it, so that it's sort of in the fold of the cloth there. And then move it up in the front view until it's sort of hovering over the drapery a little bit. Next, we need to select a Vertex. Let's get in real close in here. We…
