Join George Maestri for an in-depth discussion in this video Animation playback using Playblast, part of Maya 2015 Essential Training.
…Now when you animate, you'll want to create tests of your animation, for…your own review or for a review of people like clients or directors.…So we can do this using Playblast.…So we can find Playbast under Window > Playblast.…And let's take a look at the options here.…Now when we go into Playblast, we have a number of…options for how to create a movie file that we can use.…So we can go for the time slider or the start and end frame.…
So basically we can type in exactly what we…want to see, but I'm going to go for time slider here.…And then we want to show the view, or do we want to…show the ornaments on the view, such as this 640 by 480.…And then we want to show what format, do we…want this as an AVI for Windows, Quicktime for Mac.…Or do we want to have individual image files, so we can change…that so that it renders out individual TIFFs or TARGAs or JPEGs or whatever.…I'm going to keep it on AVI.…
Quality, okay, that's just quality of your movie file.…And then do you want your display size from the window or from render settings?…
