In this video, George shows how to use the Walk Cycle Control from Bonus Tools. He creates a simple pose in a walk cycle, and then uses Walk Cycle Control to mirror and extend this pose to easily create animation. He then shows how to cycle animation using the plugin.

Now, for this exercise, we're going to keep it simple.…We're only going to have three points that we're animating.…So, my character actually has a body here…that I can move up and down or back and forth,…as well as a left and a right foot.…So each one of these can be animated.…Now, I decided to keep it simple for this,…so we're not going to be animating arms,…but you can certainly do it with that plugin.…So, let's go ahead and actually load up our plugin here.…
