Adjusting reflections
- Another effect we can play with is reflections. So if I turn on this reflection pass, you'll see I've got a very nice reflection of some trees. And maybe I want to add that in. Now one of the things you have to be aware of is that this is a nighttime scene. So most of the light is coming from behind the window, so you're not going to get a whole lot of reflections. But let's go ahead and select out our reflections and work with them. So I'm going to go to my selection layer here. And let's go into Select Color Range, I'm going to pick that cyan color, turn that off, go to my reflect layer. And let's make a layer mask. So this reflection layer now is overlaid on this window. And as you can see, it's a little too much by itself, but we can basically just drop the Opacity down. And that can affect it to the way that we want. But you can see that these windows look a little bit foggy. And that's not really what we want. So…
