- [Instructor] There are numerous helpful attributes in the Bifrost foam properties to help us get the look that we want for the foam. In the outliner, select the Bifrost foam properties node. And in its attributes let's take a look at its emission properties. The most important ones are up at the top. The emission rate, and the minimum liquid speed, churn, and curvature. The minimum attributes are cumulative limits on emission. Foam is only emitted from the fluid in places where all three attributes of velocity, churn, and curvature exceed these thresholds. A helpful way of thinking of this is that each attribute is a mask. If all three masks were set to zero, then we would get particles emitted from every location on the fluid surface. Increase the attribute values to exclude more areas from the fluid from emitting foam. So if I set the minimum liquid speed to seven, and the minimum liquid churn and curvature to zero.
