- [Instructor] Not every user has access to the full Mathematica program. Therefore, the folks at Wolfram Research created what they call the Computable Document Format. You can create CDF files based on your Mathematica notebooks so that users who don't have Mathematica can still view their contents. In this movie, I will show you how to create a Computable Document Format file. As my sample notebook, I will use the CreateCDF notebook, which you can find in the Exercise Files folder. I have opened the file already. And if you happen to see a message indicating the file contains dynamic content, take a look at the contents, and if it appears the way that you see it here, the message is referring to the chart that is displayed in the file, so then you can click OK. With the file open, go to the File menu. And then, about a third of the way down, point to CDF Export. And then, you can select either Web Embeddable to embed the CDF within a web page, or you can create a Standalone…
