- Now we're going to get into the insert effects section. Again, like every other section of Massive, it has an on and off switch in the top left-hand corner. To the right of that are the menu options where you can choose which effect you'd like to use. Below that, are the two knobs that control the effect. Each effect has a different set of parameters. Make sure to play around with them all to see how they sound. Let's play with a few of these. (buzzing) (buzzing) A lot of these are just distortion effects. (buzzing) Next, I'm going to show you another section of Massive that's very important to understand when it comes to the insert effects. It's the routing page here in the middle. You'll notice that there are these little boxes called Ins one and Ins two. There all around. This is short for insert one and two. When the box is engaged, it turns white. This means that the insert effect will happen in that spot in the routing. For example, if I have oscillator one on here, and it's…
