In your app or website, you may decide to have a screen or page fade after a certain amount of time to another screen or page—perhaps for a loading screen. This requires a timer, which Marvel app allows you to do easily. In this video, you’ll setup a page timer and see how to adjust the transitions between screens as well.
- [Narrator] Some other kind of prototype interactivity…we can add here is to actually set up…a timer for our screens.…This could be great for a loading screen or onboarding…or something like that, it's done per screen…so we go to the screen we want to add a timer to…and we set it at a certain time and it's going to say…okay then we're going to transition to the next screen.…So it's going to follow the screen order we see out here,…but you can also choose a different screen if you want to.…Come to the home screen here and click on the edit button…you see in the center there and up…in the upper right corner here you'll see Timer.…
Click on Timer and you'll see okay we can move it…to another screen after so many seconds.…So for instance maybe for a loading screen…or for onboarding or like I said something you need.…You can test out of duration here if you want to…and then you can say let's go to a destination.…So click on destination here, pick destination…and it's going to look pretty familiar here.…We're going to have a transition to the order pitch…
