(upbeat music) - So Gen Z's going to go shopping. Now immediately you're thinking well then I got to go online, eCommerce. They're all about digital, it's the only place to find them. Well I'm here to tell you wrong. Gen Z likes both. And in fact a recent study found 49% of Gen Z prefers in store, and 51% prefers online. So it really is right down the middle when reaching them. - Now for Gen Z in our fidgetal world, we oftentimes don't differentiate between where we make a purchase. Whether I physically put something in my cart at the store or add to cart online, it oftentimes doesn't make a difference. Now the question is how do you get a Gen Z'er to come into your store?
