- [Narrator] Did you take part in any exciting Zoom meetings today? Companies are rethinking their basic assumptions about the value of managing employees in offices. WFH, work from home, is the new mantra. As many organizations tell their workforce to plan on setting up shop at home indefinitely. For most people who are employed outside the home work versus play is a familiar dichotomy. Work is a place you travel to where you do work things. Home is a place where you do everything else, from doing the couch potato thing with your partner, walking the dog, or socializing with friends. The distinction between work and home is clear, or is it? Certainly for large numbers of workers like first responders, service providers, delivery people and so on, this dividing line remained solid.
