(bright music) - When I was really, really early in my career, I used to respond to every Instagram DM, Twitter mention, and email I got almost instantaneously. I didn't always have the right answers. I didn't always know what was going to come of that relationship, and I wasn't really focused on it. But I did know that not saying anything was probably riskier than saying the wrong thing.
