The key is figuring out which metrics you're going to track, what timeframe you're covering and how the key performance indicators you select contribute to your business objectives and goals. I asked Audrey to share her business objectives. - [Audrey] My plan is that the podcast will grow our email newsletter subscriptions 10% by the end of the year.
