- You as the marketing leader are the central player in generating profits. So you need to keep close track of how you're doing so you can achieve your goals. You do that by holding regular business reviews with your team. A business review is meeting with your team members and key partners in finance and other departments to go over recent marketing results and compare it to planned results.
