Account Levels are moved by selecting the account…and then clicking the Up or Down buttons.…They're located towards the bottom left-hand corner.…There are just a couple of points to note when moving levels.…Before an account can be moved to another level, there…must be a header account above it at the previous level.…If a detailed account is moved up one…level, all the account details beneath it are also…automatically moved up the level. Click on it to be highlighted.…This account should be grouped with the services accounts.…In the account list, ensure that the Income tab is…available, and click onto the Freight Collected for 5000 account.…Now use the Down Arrow.…You can now see that Freight Collected is now underneath Services.…
