From within the Index to Report screen, let's now go and view our balance sheet for multi periods from our spreadsheet. Look for the subheading balance sheet in the second in line is your multi period spreadsheet. Let's display it to screen. Currently we have some data from January through to February. We want to report all four levels, for the current financial year 2013. On the Finishing tab, ensure that it includes your account numbers. Let's display it to screen. This report shows Carol's assets, minus the liabilities, equals her equity. We just need to scroll down a little bit more to see the final equity balance, a running total with February's amount of $56,999.55. This report, which has multiple periods, is an ideal type of report to send to Excel. Using your mouse, click onto the Send To button, and nominate Excel.
