Selections
- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to be taking a look at various selection methods in Modo. Now, one of Modo's great strengths is how powerful and versatile it is when it comes to selection. And the primary method for selection in Modo is what's known as paint selection. So, when paint selecting, what you do is you hover over the geometry you want to select, and then you click and you hold the left mouse button while you paint onto the rest of the geometry that you want to add to that selection. Once you let go of the left mouse button, your selection has been made. And if you want to add to an existing selection, hold the shift key down and paint select again. And to remove geometry from an existing selection, hold the control key and paint select over the geometry you wish to remove from your selection.
