Sculpting the form of the main shoe
- [Instructor] To finalize the shape of the shoe, I'm going to use Modo's sculpting tools because these allow you to work very quickly when defining the overall form of a model. So to begin with, I'm going to switch into Polygon mode. Then I'm going to come over to the tools on the left-hand side, and I'm going to switch from the regular modeling tools to the sculpting tools, which can be found under this icon. Then I'm going to switch from Perspective to Top view, and I'm going to come over to the sculpting tools, and I'm going to select the Move tool. And the first thing I'm going to want to do is to resize my brush. And the way you do this is to hover an empty space over the viewport. And if you right-click, you can interactively resize your brush by dragging left or right. So I'm going to start with a medium-sized brush.
