- [Instructor] In this video, I'm going to make the final tweaks to the form of the sole under the main shoe. And one issue you might run into when you're working to match 2D reference the way that I am here, is that the 2D elevations don't necessarily translate perfectly into 3D. So I'm going to need to spend a little bit of time tweaking the models so that it works in three dimensions. And to begin with, I'm going to take a look at the front of the sole because I think the shape is a little bit too pointy. And because I don't have a 2D elevation for the front of the shoe, I'm going to have to use my judgment here. So with the sole selected, I'm going to switch into edges mode and I'm going to double-click on this edge to select the entire loop. Then I'll hit R to run the scale tool, and I'm going to drag on the blue handle to scale it in the Z axis. Just a little bit, just enough to round off that shape. With…
