Join Dan Ablan for an in-depth discussion in this video Exploring workflow settings for modeling products, part of Creating Product Shots in MODO.
The workflow settings for modeling products which we're going to do in this course are…going to be pretty much the default standards with modo 601.…We'll move some interfaces around as we need.…But what I want to show you is up here in the Layout dropdown, there is a Layouts menu…that flies out, and you can see that there is a number of different options you can choose for your interface.…There is 3D Sparse, 401, 501, and 601 default layouts.…There is also the Animate layout. Let's take a look at that.…You can see here with the Animate layout it changes our full configuration, the tools…still work the same way, but the entire interface has changed around just for a little bit better workflow.…
And sometimes when you move these interfaces around depending on the size of your screen…some of the buttons will become hidden, and it's just a matter of moving these lines around…in between each one of the menus and adjusting so that your full screen can show.…I have got a smaller workspace, so not all my tools are going to show up.…
