The Luminar interface is a model of simplicity and beauty. In this video, Derrick Story provides you with a tour of its UI. Luminar is a modern image editor for both Mac and PC platforms. It provides photographers with the tools they need to creatively edit their images quickly and easily.
- [Instructor] One of the guiding lights for Skylum software…is to keep simple things simple.…And boy do we see that in this beautiful user interface.…We're looking at the Mac version right now.…I want to walk you through it…and we'll start up here in the upper right hand corner…with the Share button.…Now when you click on the Share button…not only do you have all the socials right here…that you can share directly to,…but you can also explore the image right here as well.…So that's kind of nice to have that right there.…Next door we can turn on and off the Filters panel…or the adjustments panel.…
And the thing about this that's so nice…is that once you've made a lot of corrections…and you just want to look at your image…without all the filters and layers…and all the good stuff right there…you can do that very easily with this one button.…And same goes for Presets too.…Sometimes we don't want to see those Presets.…We've chosen our preset and we just want to work on the image…and we can do that.…So we can turn on and off Presets right there.…
