In this quick-start chapter, Derrick Story shows you how to export an image as a separate picture. Luminar is a modern image editor for both Mac and PC platforms. It provides photographers with the tools they need to creatively edit their images quickly and easily.
- [Instructor] Now that we've saved our work…and know that we can come back to this whenever we want,…let's export a file so we can share it online,…on say Facebook, so we're going to go up to File again.…This instead of using Save,…we're going to go to Export right there.…And here is our file name, and now I'm going to…get rid of IMG, not crazy about that,…but I'm going to keep the number, I like the number.…So I usually keep the original number if I can…so we'll just do Truck and then,…I'm going to add Web, so I know it's for web publishing.…
And I'm more of a fan of jpg, so jpeg,…so we'll do that, okay.…So we're set up here, Save As,…our Master Images, that's where we want to go.…Now I'm going to sharpen Low, I have other options,…but since we're sampling down a bit…we're going to use Low, that helps offset…a little bit of image loss that happens…during the re-sampling process.…On the long edge, I'm going to go with 2048…because that's a nice size for online for Facebook.…
I'm going to go with sRGB because that's perfect…
