Importing and exporting Visio files

- [Instructor] If you'd like to send your Lucidchart document to someone else so they can open and edit it in Lucidchart, or another charting and diagramming program, like Microsoft Visio, one supported way to do that is to export a Visio document. Exporting a Visio document is a very straightforward process. You just go to file, and then export. And then I'm going to choose Visio VSDX. And this has created a standalone file that can be imported back into Lucidchart or into another program. The result when it's imported, isn't always perfect, but it's usually pretty close. Let me show you what it looks like when it's imported back into Lucidchart. I'm going to go back to documents and click on new, and then import, and then Visio. And we will select our exported Visio right here. And import. And let's take a look at that document. All right, so a few irregularities in the bulleting, and a couple of spacing issues,…
