Creating an organization chart
- [Instructor] Let's create an org chart for Explore California. So here is the data that I have for the org chart in a Word document, and then I also have it in a spreadsheet in a CSV document. So I'd like to show you a few methods for getting started. First of all, if you want to do this manually, you can either start with an org chart template, and there are quite a few of them, organize people and org charts. So you could fire one of these up and then just replace all of the information within the org chart, so that's the manual way. Or you could actually start from a blank canvas, so I'll select blank org chart. And by default, this comes with the org chart shape category. So if you just open up a regular blank canvas, you will need to populate this. Again you just click on shapes and then make sure that org charts is selected and then that will come in.
