- When I was young, the standard tree drawing consisted of a stick with a ball on top of it. Now, we're going to discuss so many variants and themes that if we don't show the ball and stick variety, I'd personally be very surprised. This first group of logos actually look pretty much what you'd think a tree should look like, or a least a black and white etching, if you will. These work great to convey an old-world solution, but when there's a bit too much detail, a logo like these starts to have issues when they scale down a bit too small. Either way, no one will question if these trees are in fact trees. On the other hand, look at the dramatic contrast this stand of trees offers up. There's some pretty broad range of style going on here, but you know what, I still know that every one of these is a tree.
