- Before we dive into creating sounds in the next chapter, I want to talk a bit about organizing your project and your sounds. This is just as important, because chances are, you're going to be working on a number of revisions of the same sound and making a ton of sounds and variations within a given project and scope. So, I want to talk about a few organization tools that have kind of become the industry standard, and talk about what's great about each of them. So, for project file management solutions, one of them is Box. Box is really great for file backup and storage, but it also allows for previewing of high-res audio and motion graphics video files, so you can go right into Box and preview the file, share them with the client for feedback, without having to download them. This can be really nice for the client, so they're not downloading hundreds of audio files all the time. And it's great for team collaboration, feedback and sharing.
