- [Instructor] "Logic" makes life easy when you score music to picture. In this movie, we'll cover some cool scoring features to help you get started. Composers often like to write around important cuts in the picture. And finding these important edit points is called "spotting to picture." - "Logic Pro 10" has some quick features that automatically detect important cuts in the video timeline. While it's not perfect, it can take some of the time out of the spotting process. So to get into these, let's open the "pull down" menu in the global movie track and select "Create marker set from scene cuts." And "Logic" automatically analyzes the movie, and it finds the most important cuts. Let's open this up a little bit so we can see what it did. So basically made a marker wherever it thought an important cut was, let's see if it was right. So just scrolling along, I'm watching the video on the left, and it says that scene two starts right here, which it does if we cut from this scene here…
