- [Instructor] The audio software Ableton Live pioneered a slightly different way of arranging and composing music. Especially when loops are involved. With Live Loops, Logic starts there and takes the loop concept even further. So let's explore Live Loops by using the new project template called Live Loop. So you might be used to seeing the empty project template here when you open up Logic, we also now have a Live Loops grid. Now don't worry. You can always integrate Live Loops into any Logic project but this template just makes it easy to get going with Live Loops. So we're going to go ahead and choose that. Now here we see the basic Live Loops template and you might notice some new things out in the timeline. Notice that we have squares. These squares are called cells in Live Loops terminology.
