- [Instructor] Now I want to look at one of my favorite things to play with in the DA and plugging world and that's Guitar Amp designers. Guitar amps, bass amps, and pedals. These particular plugins can open up a big world of Sonic possibilities and we can use them for what they were designed for, but we can also use them for not what they were designed for, which is where a lot of the fun begins. Now I happen to have a guitar here. Let's take a listen. (upbeat guitar music) So, as we can hear we've done some eqing on it. There's some good stuff happening, but it doesn't have a lot of character. So what we can do now, because this guitar was recorded DI, what we can actually do is go in and grab Amp designer. Now Amp designer is a really versatile, interesting logic plugin.
