The relocated file

- [Instructor] The relocated file has information on users that have moved or relocated. The syntax is exactly the same as the canonical and generic files, so this will be a very short video. If a user has moved from user1@redhat.com to user1@localnet.com, we would create a line for this in the etc Postfix relocated file. As with the canonical and generic files, we need to convert this file to a Postfix database file to use. We'll do this with a postmap command in our terminal. On our HOS1 inner terminal, type in sudo space postmap space /etc/postfix/relocated and hit enter. To verify, type in ls space /etc/postfix and hit enter again. We should see the relocated.db file. If you want more information, read the man page or the configuration file itself. Also refer to examples that we've used in the canonical and generic files videos.
