Repairing ext file systems isn't something we need to do every day. However, it's inevitable that there will be a problem at some point. We can fix most file system problems using the fsck command. In this video, use dd to create corruption on the drive in order to fix it with fsck. Once we've created corruption we let fsck fix all the errors.
