Installing GNOME 3 extensions

- [Instructor] GNOME 3, the version that is included with Enterprise Linux 8, allows you to install additional extensions. These extensions allow you to modify the functionality of the GNOME desktop. To see your GNOME extensions, open GNOME Tweaks by clicking on Activities, typing in Tweaks, and hitting Enter. Now click on Extensions. There are about seven extensions installed on My VM. To enable or disable the extension, just click the slider to the right. For instance, to add a more traditional applications menu, click on the slider for the item named Applications Menu. You should see it appear immediately at the top of your screen. You can add more GNOME extensions by opening Firefox and going to extensions.gnome.org. You should see a message at the top of the page that says you need to install a browser extension to control GNOME shell extensions. Click the link to install the browser extension. Now click on…
