Create a NAT network using virt-manager
- [Instructor] Creating new virtual networks with Virt Manager is quite easy. We may want to do this to isolate some VMs from others. You can also use the VirtHS command to do the same thing, but we will only cover the GUI in this video. Start by running Virt Manager by going to the Applications, Systems Tools menu, and then down to Virtual Machine Manager. When prompted input your password. Once it's started, go to the Edit, Connection Details menu item. Once this window opens, click on the Virtual Networks tab and then click on the plus symbol to create a new virtual network. This will start the network creation wizard. Enter a name for your new virtual network. Let's call it rhnet1. Now click on Forward. For the network, enter 192.168.100.0/24 and selection Enable DSCPv4. The default DHCP address range for this network will be in the upper half of the network address space from 192.168.100.128 to 192.168.100.254. The lower half of this address space will be reserved for static…
